Martket is conveniently located in the Boundary Business Centre primely situated in the Boundary Road and Lougheed Highway area of Vancouver. Boundary is the border road between Vancouver and Burnaby which also puts us close to the Heights and Brentwood Town Centre shopping districts, as well as the Central Valley Greenway along Still Creek.
Our headquarters features a campus layout with over 5,000 sq ft of combined productivity space spread out over two commercial units. Our “Martket HQ” (Unit #201) is a second-floor corner unit with large wrap-around windows that flood our open-concept office with natural light. The modernized space features a kitchen cafe, a spacious boardroom, and multiple tech-enabled breakout areas with fully-electric, height-adjustable desks and contemporary furniture. Our “Martket Lab” (Unit #123) houses our two-level production facility, design lab, pantry and lunchroom, and warehouse with a grade-level bay door and 24-foot ceiling.
Considered the geographical centre of Greater Vancouver, we are a quick 15-minute drive from Downtown and central to the major highway hubs of Lougheed Highway, Trans Canada Highway and Boundary Road with access to customer parking in front of our building or free street parking. Our offices are also accessible by rapid transit with a short 10-minute walk (900m) from either the Gilmore or Rupert SkyTrain Stations or a less than 5-minute walk (300m) from the Boundary Bus Loop.
